Lunch with the girls!


Although the wedding photography industry still seems to be male-dominated, it seems like more and more women are getting into the business. I think that this is great, because there's absolutely no reason why women shouldn't be as recognizable in the industry as men! Every month or two, a whole bunch of girls from the LA & OC area get together to have lunch, toss around ideas, and just chat about life. Yesterday, Stephanie Kennedy & I hosted the girls lunch, and to add a twist, we asked that all the girls wear a hat. I want to bring hats back into style, they are so much fun!

The hat I'm wearing in these photos is actually designed by Stephanie herself and is from her Stephanie James Couture bridal line--I love it so much! :
