A fun day in Cary, NC

Last night and today have been so great! I got to spend time with my family, and I also got to catch up with a few people I haven't seen in awhile and it was so fun to see them all. Last night I got to hang out with Liana , a fantastic photographer from Atlanta. Liana is going to be shooting a wedding with me in California in February, and it's such a random coincidence that her parents happen to live right here in Cary too! We grabbed a couple of drinks at the Hibernian, one of my favorite local pubs. I'm so excited for Liana's visit in Feb.!

Me & Liana (we're modeling Liana's OSP shirts in the first one, it was a gift from Liana's' Secret Santa, so we gave it a workout!):

Today I got to go see the Udells, my second family. Howard and Monica have been extremely influential in my life. Howard actually gave me my first job working for his company, Triangle Resource Group that makes a software called Saf-t-Net, and a whole bunch of other things. Actually, Howard's business has gotten so big since I worked there that I have no idea how many things they're involved in now! Monica was the person that hired my mom for the very first job she got when we moved to NC in 1995. She also hired me to babysit for Jaclyn, who was 4 years old. Now she's 14 and her sister Alex is 9. They are the sisters I never had!

Jaclyn and Alex modeling their gifts from me--a pair of 7 jeans for Jaclyn (her first pair!!) and a cool sweater for Alex who only likes "comfortable" clothes:

Last but certainly not least, my friend Amanda. Amanda and I became friends in high school and have been close ever since. Ironically, we really met in photography class!

Happy Holidays, everyone!
