Sarah & Richard-July 15, 2006


Back in San Diego for the second weekend in a row! Yesterday, I made the trek down for Sarah and Richard's wedding, which was really more like a very cool dinner/party/club than a wedding. I have been really looking forward to seeing what this couple had planned since we met. The morning they came to see me, they actually came in the morning after being at a club all night in LA. These guys are so retro/vintage cool that I knew they weren't going to have a typical wedding.

They had some great details:










The wedding and party were at the couple's friend Ticey's house, which was a perfect backdrop for them. The house was adorable with tons of character. Sarah in one of the bedrooms getting ready:





I think Sarah is really beautiful--she has a really unique look and a Old Hollywood movie star kind of glamour:

This is Nate. Unfortunately Nate isn't a wedding DJ, he is so talented and kept the party going all night....





...at least until the cops came and busted the place:



At first I thought he might be one of those stripper/cops, but no such luck. Fortunately, the party did not end, it just relocated.
