It isn't often that I get a look at who the bride and groom are when they're single, when they go on their first date, when the become a couple, and the day they get engaged, but I got to do all of these things with Jimmy and Amy because we have been friends for so long. I've seen their excitement when they first met, I got to see how a relationship works for two people who are different but compliment each other so well. The whole day just seemed surreal--it was like this day that had been talked about for a year, that we all looked forward to and thought about for a long time before it happened, and then when it finally came, it went so fast! I realized that every wedding is like that for the bride and groom and the people closest to them. It isn't just a day--its this culmination of years of a relationship, months (at least) of planning, and so many people that all played a part somehow in that relationship.

Jimmy & Amy--I love you guys! You have been such a big part of my life the past 4 or 5 years, and I am so honored that you let me be a part of your day!
