Shoshi & Faivel-July 17, 2005


I will admit that I was a little bit nevous going in to Shoshi & Faivel's wedding today. Because they are Orthodox Jewish, I knew that this wedding would be very different from the ones that I am used to shooting. I am so glad that I had Leigh there to help me so I wouldn't miss a thing!

This wedding was so cool because it was about so much more than a fancy party, or an open bar, or perfectly matched bridesmaids. Thousands of years of passed down traditions were performed with the utmost respect and honor, and at times also a little humor! The dancing of course is legendary, and fantastic to shoot. I will admit though, my favorite part of the day was Shoshi & Faivel's post wedding beach session, where we just ran around and played for awhile & got some great shots!
