It's been awhile since I gave everyone a shootsac update, so I figured it was time!
Yesterday was an amazing day. Keats and I went to the Los Angeles International Textile Show to check out all the newest, hottest fabrics to get ready for the big website launch in just a couple of weeks. I am so excited about the fabrics we found--there are some that are so gorgeous, I can't wait to get one for myself.
Also, I've gotten a lot of emails from people who want to see the inside of the bag to see what it will hold. I want to thank my good friend
Chenin Boutwell for being my model for these shots. Shootsac already has a pink flamingo mascot, but now we also have an ass-cot! Thanks Chenin!
Here's the outside of the bag with the standard black cover. We upgraded the bag so it's super weight neoprene on the outside of the bag and flap to be extra durable and rugged so you can be hard on it and not have to worry
Here is the inside of the bag with all kinds of good stuff in it. I have poked everything out of the top so you can see what all is there, but everything fits neatly at the bottom of the pockets all snug and secure. This is for demo only. In the front I have three lenses: the 70-200 IS, the 28 1.8, and the 50 1.2. In the back pockets, I have a CF card wallet, a pocket wizard, and some lens caps.
As you can see, the 70-200 fits in there, so all of you who have emailed asking if this or that fits--there's your benchmark. If it is smaller than a 70-200, it will fit! A 5D body with no grip fits in also.
A note about the 70-200--we don't recommend carrying it in front unless you're shooting with no cover on, as I do at all my shoots. If you are just transporting it from place to place, it goes in the back righthand pocket. Don't worry, I'll send you a little note and some directions when you actually receive your shootsac!
If you haven't signed up yet on the website to be notified as soon as it is live and ready for order,
